Heron Leaping

This photo is one of several of mine on display at
The Overleaf Cafe, 1105 Pandora
(in the Medical Arts Building at Cook Street)
until the end of March, 2011
It was taken at Tower Park near Victoria.
The heron sailed in for a landing, ruffled its feathers,
as if settling down for spell, and
then leaped up like this;
I don't know why.
